I'm Michele Dye, and I've spent over 25 years in marketing and PR, including my current role as a Chief Marketing Officer. I landed my own post-graduation job offer at the end of my sophomore year of college, so I know firsthand that getting hired before you walk across the stage is genuinely possible. It's exactly what I help students do now.
What sets me apart from most college career coaches is my extensive hiring and management experience. I've built marketing and PR teams from the ground up, and I've hired, trained and mentored more than 300 college interns. I know what makes someone the one companies want to hire.
I have a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Florida, where I later taught for a couple of years. In 2019, I graduated with highest honors from Liberty University School of Business with a master's degree in executive leadership.
I started Career Success University because too many talented students graduate with a degree and no plan for actually landing the job it's supposed to lead to. That's what we fix together, one session at a time.
